Submitted media must be “original” or must acknowledge the ownership of any material contained within your submission. And, be used with the “Permission” and “Knowledge” of the copyright holders Or the material must be in the “Public Domain” or be protected by the laws governing “Fair Use”.
It is your responsibility to be truthful to us and the public we serve. If any submitted material is “fake” or “deliberately un-truthful” we will terminate your membership and remove your submissions.
We invite our users to verify and contribute to any program thread on the site. Feel free to download and share any videos on this site that contain the words “Copy-it-Right” in the credits.
You may use clips from the original Earth Network TV series from the 90’s as B-roll (cut-away) or sound bite or anything you wish to add to your presentation. We are a resource hub for direct people-to-people communication. We encourage submissions to allow our users to copy-it-right also.
P.S. If any trolls or propagandists try to use our material against us we will respond with legal options.
